梅威瑟VS麦格雷戈99美元的高清付费电视因为压力过大，直播时导致网络崩溃，很多用户无法观看。（之前有新闻说，很多用户搞集体诉讼要求双倍退款）

Showtime电视台周一在一份声明中说，该公司将向付费用户提供“全额退款”，他们付费观看了该网络平台上的一场大战斗，但实际上并没有看到。

这是在俄勒冈州一个沮丧的粉丝赛后提出了对Showtime的集体诉讼。他表示，虽然他保持缓冲状态，但视频还是显示“粒状”，并非该网络宣称的高清晰度。

不是所有看过比赛的人都是得到退款，因为这场比赛是在几个不同的地方提供的。首先直接从Showtime出售，媒体服务来自UFC以及Comcast或时代华纳等有线电视提供商，退款仅适用于在Showtime的网站或应用程序上看过比赛的人。

而且对这场战争的总收入应该不会太大，预计这场“货币战”将产生大约7亿美元，其中大部分来自按次付费购买。

Mayweather-McGregor: Refunds To Be Issued Over Stream Issues

If your $99 stream of the Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight didn't work, you might be getting your money back.

Showtime, the fight's pay-per-view broadcaster, said in a statement Monday it will give "a full refund" to fans who paid to stream the big fight on one of the network's platforms but couldn't actually view it.

This comes after a frustrated fan in Oregon filed a class-action lawsuit against Showtime. He says his stream kept buffering and the video was "grainy," even though the network advertised it would be in high definition.

Not everyone who had issues watching the fight is getting a refund, though.

The bout was made available in a few different places. It was for sale straight from Showtime, from the UFC's streaming service and from cable providers like Comcast or Time Warner.

This new lawsuit, and the refund, only apply to folks who watched the fight on Showtime's website or app.

And it shouldn't put too big of a dent in the fight's staggering revenue. The"Money Fight" is expected to make roughly $700 million, the lion's share of which will come from pay-per-view buys.
