Heavyweight contender Tyson Fury no longer regards Anthony Joshua as a leading force at the weight class.
On June 1, Joshua was dropped four times before his fight with Andy Ruiz was waved off in the seventh round.
With the win, Ruiz captured the WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO world titles.
Fury does not view Ruiz as a leading force at the weight.
He only views WBC champion Deontay Wilder as a top man.
Wilder and Fury fought to a controversial twelve round split draw in December 2018.
A rematch is targeted for the early part of 2020.
"Deontay Wilder is coming. This fight is happening. There were three horses in the heavyweight division; now there's two," said Fury.
And Fury believes he will topple Wilder when they meet again.
"I already beat him once so I'll beat him again," said Fury.
"He's going to get a fully match-fit, sharp Tyson Fury. It's the biggest fight in world boxing."
Co-promoter Frank Warren has no doubt the rematch will take place.
Fury returned to the ring last Saturday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, and he demolished Tom Schwarz in two rounds.
Fury will fight again in September or October. Wilder will also fight again in the fall, when he collides with Luis Ortiz in a rematch.
Should both win, Warren expects a second contest to come off in the new year.
"It's highly probable that fight will happen early next year. All parties want to make that fight happen," Warren told BBC Radio 5 Live's Sportsweek.
